Report Fraud
Together, We Can Prevent Fraud
At Moneydart, your safety is our priority. We implement rigorous measures to protect your personal and financial information, including advanced fraud management systems, regular audits, and stringent data management protocols. But we need your help to ensure your experience with us remains secure.
Beware of Fake Requests
If you receive an urgent request from a so-called “relative” you’ve never heard of, asking for money due to an emergency, it’s likely a scam. Fraudsters often exploit emotional scenarios to deceive you. Be cautious.
Scam Lotteries & Sweepstakes
If you’re contacted about winning a lottery or sweepstakes you never entered, and asked to deposit money to claim your prize, it’s a scam. Delete the email immediately.
Phishing Emails
Fraudsters are always on the lookout for your confidential information, like passwords and account details. Remember, Moneydart will never ask for your password via email. Watch out for these red flags:
Poor spelling and grammar
Generic greetings instead of your name
Broken images or strange URLs
Unsolicited requests for personal information
Romantic Scams
Did you meet someone online who quickly expressed romantic interest and asked for financial help? While it might seem like a romantic story, this could be a scam. Do not send money; it’s likely unrecoverable.
